Take a look to the features:

1. Size
Most of the relays are bulky and occupy a lot of space in your cabinet or electric panel, our biggest one is only 1" wide.


2. Wiring
A lot of wiring is required to connect all the terminals to a common point.Our relay have really easy to connect bridges to avoid innecesary wiring.

3. Marking
Since more cabling is required you also need more markers so it takes a lot of time and money. But with these you do less wiring so less marking
4. State visualization
Relay manufacturers are used to implement a mechanical systems to show when the coil is activated. However, when the device is far from the panel it's difficult to appreciate. Ours come with an indication LED that you can see fom far away.
Now you can use our relays for any industrial application.

Series C10-A10X

General Info

  • General purpose relay

  • Input/output application for PLCs
  • AC maximum load: 10A / 250V AC1
  • DC maximum load: 0,5A @ 110V DC1
  • Coil: 12 and 24 DCV, 110 and 220 ACV

The C10 is an industrial relay totally equipped and with specific characteristics for input/output automation applications.

For input applications, a split contact is used, specially designed to handle low signal loads down to 1mA.

Features:

  • 5 colors for easier identification.
  • Manual test button with double function.
  • Double window for mechanical indication.

Mechanical & Electrical life: Our relays are specially designed either for industrial applications or the commutation of weak signal, like the ones required for the input/output application of some PLCs.

These relays are designed for an electrical life of minimun100.000 operation with full load, and a mechanical life superior to 20x10E6 movements at a rate of 6.000 per hour.

Temperature and materials: All the parts are fabricated with high performance materials elaborated for the electrical industry. They can handle temperatures up to 130°C with out deformation.

Coil: The rise in temperature at constant connection is of 45°C in AC and 35°C in DC.

All the coils are calculated to handle an over voltalge of 1.1 the nominal voltage, at constant connection and 60°C of room temperature.

Solid State Relays
These solid state relays are perfect for low power application up to 3A. Ideal for application where you need to isolate your control devices.
This new solid state relay CSS comes in three different types, two for AC and one for DC.
  • Solid state relay, one NO output contact: CSS AC: Applications: Specially indicated for the switching of inductive load in AC, as well as the connection of motors, electrovalves, selenoids…

    Control Operation voltage is 3,5 - 32 VDC. Includes a current stabilizer and a yellow indication LED.

    Output One NO contact, maximum load voltage 264V, Maximum current 3 A, Maximum work temperature 60ºC.Voltage drop < 1.5V.

  • Solid state relay, one NO output contact: AC, zero cross triggered CSS AZ: Applications: Specially indicated for the switching of resistive or little inductive loads, as well as the connection of incandescent lamps, switching of heaters,...

    Control Operation voltage is 3,5 - 32 VDC. Includes a current stabilizer and a yellow indication LED.

    Output One NO contact, maximum load voltage 264V, Synchronized, Maximum current 3 A, Maximum work temperature 60ºC.Voltage drop < 1.5V.

  • Solid state relay, one NO output contact: CSS DC: Applications:Specially indicated for the switching of either resistive or inductive load in DC, as well as the connection of DC motors lamps, solenoids...

    Control Operation voltage is 3,5 - 32 VDC Includes a current stabilizer, a yellow indication LED and a varistor to protect the output transistor.

    Output One NO contact, Maximum current 2A, maximum load voltage 50 VDC, Maximum voltage drop 1.3, .Maximum work temperature 60ºC, Maximum commutation frequency 300 c/s.
